Probably the best Panda I’ve been to for customer service & food quality. Caesar was extremely attentive and provided great customer service. I didn’t catch the manager’s name but she was also extremely attentive and friendly. I always seem to get a fork or sauce left behind at a different location but Caesar double checked everything for me to make sure I was good to go. 10/10, will be visiting them more ☺️

Food is okay but the amounts are less than perfect. Also the take out food container should be changed to better quality than the paper thins they are now using. Food gets very, very soggy in the paper container they serve in now.

Portions are always so small idk if they are saving it for others but paying 12-13$ for a half scoop ain't worth it

Food is okay but they now use cheap paper containers for takeout. The cheap paper container gets very soggy by the time you take it home and everything in the container goes to waste. They should change their container to the plastic like containers that other restaurants use for takeout. Their paper container makes the food gross.

Ok so I know this is just a fast food joint but we sat down to eat a quick dinner. The food was standard but lucked out bc we got a fresh batch of broccoli beef.I'm giving them 5 stars because we had a great experience. It might have been due to the fact that we were the only ones there at the time. But the staff was all friendly and super accommodating and the dining area was nice and clean. Just wanted to say thanks, bc these small, simple, yet pleasant experiences are worth noting

So small and serving is so little. Picture shows how much the was for a bowl order. Pieces are like Popcorn Chicken.

There is nothing negative things to say except some few improvements. I come to this location once a month and whenever I am in the area. Location is conveniently located near the freeway, crossroads going to town, central, or West Oahu. The parking can get pretty busy especially it is shared with other establishments like Bank, Starbucks, and other restaurants. Personally, I don't like that the parking spaces are not as spacious as I would prefer, but not the restaurants fault. My go to lunch or dinner is always the half super greens, half chow fun, with sides of eggplant tofu and teriyaki chicken. Chicken is always juicy and tasty, and greens as always look freshly cooked. My all time favorite PE menu eggplant tofu is always on point. I get upset when eggplant tofu if out or gone for the day, and it really happened to me here. I remember at other locations, they were completely out out, like out for the day, I was so mad. Staff here are pretty quick. Tables need TLC sometimes, I had to wipe and clean my table. Also, what I noticed here are the portion is lil bit at the less side than other Panda Express location.

We supported online fundraising event for one of our dear relatives this evening. All I could think about when utilizing round, wooden chopsticks and scarfing down chow mein is to live a long life. Half order of chow mein, fried rice, honey sesame chicken, and honey walnut shrimp serving size tasted fresh. I placed an online order and pick up time stated ready at 5:25 p.m. When I checked in with Cashier, he informed me they are working on my order now. There were a few online orders that were picked up in person before same worker called my name. There were only two workers to handle in person and online orders. Finally one more worker arrived 20 minutes later to expedite the line. I wasn't thrilled about 15-20 minutes wait. What I really like about this location is free parking, spacious area, round high tables that are conducive for conversations, bright ambiance, serve your own fountain drinks, and restrooms.

Okay, so we eat here rather often and usually the service and food are fine. The only things is the portion control at the different pandas. Here are 2 bowls with fried rice and orange chicken. Nothings was eaten from them. You tell me if the portions are the same.

The food wasn't very tasty and it bothers me that they charge extra for the honey walnut shrimp and they only give you so little. The Beijing beef was dry and it seems like the portion size is less.

We often go here because how close it is to close by us, however it's hit or miss with lots of things. Service can be fast or slow, customer service can be good one day and not the next, and portions are also sadly inconsistent. I was super excited that they finally had the beyond orange chicken available, but if your charging $1.50 extra please don't be extra skimpy!!! Mind you that picture was of 2 servings!! (If I could add an emoji I'd be smacking my forehead with disappointment) So on a good note it the beyond orange chicken was pretty good. I'd get it again if I had too. But please Panda, work on better portion size and stop cheating customers!

Aloha peoples; so we all know what Pandas offers and it's straight up Cali style chinese or Asian food that is good and usually always satisfying. Don't get me wrong it's not true chinese but it's still good. This location sometimes can be quick and good but sometimes the staff can be slow or unattentive to it's customers that are in line. They worry more about phone orders, and to me that's a no no. You must focus on customers in front of you always.

Horrible customer service. Was not greeted, portion size has gotten smaller and the cost for a 2 entree is hella expensive. The food did not look nor taste fresh. The lady could not understand me on what. Never again, I rather go Waikele Pandas.

Horrible! From the food, to the customer service, to the management. Placed an online order via pandaexpress.com at 6pm for a 7:15pm pick up, more than enough time for this establishment to prep, cook, & have my family meal & 2 sides of ragoons ready right? NOPE! Drive into Laniakea Plaza at about 7:10 pm, lots of parking & Panada has only 2 customers inside, yay! But that's where all the "yay"s end. Went on in & let the young lady know I was there to pick up my online order, gave her my name, & she then quickly looks on the computer & tells me my order isn't there. I then show her the confirmation email from Panda as well as the text from my cc company confirming the charges from pandaexpress.com. This girl must be learning at the school of no f*%k$ because she simply shrugged & repeated that my order wasn't in the system. No apology, no attempt to ask someone else to try & take look in the system to see what's going on, not even bothering to ask what I ordered...just dismissed me to help ummmm no one. Unless Casper was there & he was trying to get his family meal. So I paused, smiled, & asked for the manager. And wouldn't you know it, the manager was there in background this entire time, listening but not helping...WOW! The manager then looks on the computer, actually scrolls down & finds my order that's been in THEIR system since 6pm. Got my order at almost 7:40 pm & the food was disgusting. Everything was oily & burnt (even the broccoli), mushy fried rice, nasty over-battered orange chicken, spoiled string beans, & inedible oil drenched runny cream cheese filled ragoons. NEVER AGAIN! Avoid this location if at all possible, there's another Panda in Waikele or if you're going the opposite direction, there's one in Mililani.
