I had the California bowl and it was the perfect amount of spicy. It is a little cramped inside so you need to wait outside before you can order.

I was looking for a place for lunch and decided to try this location. I had a very bad experience at a different location years ago and never went back. This was my first time here so I wasn't sure what to expect. I walked in and there were two Aunties that were working inside. The one who helped was very nice. The other one was in the back area preparing food. They have many choices to choose from and cool names for their plates. I decided to order their Shorline Chef Plate. This consisted of blackened fish, garlic shrimp, and choice of poke for about $18 which is not a bad price. I was excited to try it and also ordered a side of what they call their bacalao salad. The plate was okay. The shrimp was good and flavorful but the fish was a bitter. I ordered a creamy poke which was okay. It wasn't anything great. I was a bit disappointed with their bacalao salad because it was just angel hair pasta tossed with teagu, tomato, cucumber, & green onion, with a sesame dressing. I expected it to be something better as I love regular bacalao salad but the flavor was just not there and it was a bit bland. The service was good! I was asked to wait in my vehicle while they prepared my meal and the Auntie inside was so kind to bring it out to me. The food was not too good. I would possibly return to try something new but wasn't too pleased with my last order.

Great menu with lots of selections, have been coming here for many years. The blackened fish special is always well prepared, sushi deconstructed bowl, Bayou bowl, Hawaiian bowl, seared ahi poke bowl, chef plates (kalbi, fish of the day, garlic shrimp, poke etc)..everything so delicious and cook to order. Prices are very reasonable.

I almost never give negative reviews, but because this is a Safety issue, I am leaving this review. My daughter and I just left this store and was greatly disgusted. She decided on getting a Shoyu Poke bowl, but after I saw that the Poke was rainbow with discoloration, I overrode her decision to choose the Sesame Poke for her bowl. After getting in the car and making our way home, she began to eat and because she's never experienced what bad poke tastes like, she ate the whole thing without saying anything to me. When I asked her how it was, she said it was Slimey and smelled fishy. This is Unacceptable as a business. This is the kind of shady stuff you're afraid of happening if you buy poke on the side of the road. Not from a DHS approved establishment.

I found Poke Stop via google maps when I was searching for take-away food.I got the Executive Chef Plate (kalbi-bone-in, Garlic Shrimp, fish of the day and choice of poke). Instead of a side of potato salad, I asked for kimchee. It also comes with choice of rice (brown, white or sushi). And I added Spicy Garlic Tots and a container of ginger. For covid- this place is asking that one customer/group in the building at once, then you will wait outside for your order if there is another customer. This felt totally reasonable and they were very fast getting me the order. There is no tables to eat in.I think for the cost, you get a great amount of good. The Kalbi was just delightful. The shrimp were tasty. Personally, I got too spicy of a poke (I should have asked for a sample, my bad). The fish of the day was a white fish that seemed pan-fried. I think the kalbi and the shrimp were my two favorite parts. The tator tots were tator tots. Like what can go wrong.Anyway, it was wonderful. I highly recommend Poke Stop.

I love this place! Everything I've ordered so far has been a hit.... so delicious! My most recent order was the crab cake sandwich and eggplant fries. Perfection!! So many selections and options. I love their customizable poke bowls too. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I placed a phone order and the food was ready and fresh. Next time I plan to try one of their other places. Prices are affordable and portions were good.

I know the the place well and the employees are so responsible and respectful and keen to other poke shops (perhaps 9) and this one is by far the best and the freshest. !! GOEAT POKE NOW

It was Aloha Friday, and I didn't have a home lunch so Poke Stop was my choice. They have a variety of menu selections and not only poke or seafood. There are salads, hamburgers, sandwiches, steak just to name a few. The service and wait time is great. I chose the Deconstructed Sushi Bowl which consisted of blackened sear ahi, garlic shrimp, creamy ahi, sesame taco poke, and masago on a bowl of sushi rice. Yum. It was very delicious. All the years I have worked in Waipahu, this was a first time visit for me. I definitely will return!

Pokestop specializes on offering sustainably sourced, fresh meals and ingredients from the surrounding community. They supplied gourmet meals of the highest quality at costs that were reasonable. They provide more than thirty distinct varieties of poke, both raw and cooked, and also provide catering services for any and all occasions. Best Poke Nachos.

Usually this place is spot on with everything. Today it seems like they didn't add enough water to their rice. Can't have crunchy rice with my poke. Let alone have terrible rice with super good poke. Also, staff has terrible customer service. Two ladies behind the counter show no aloha.

Great spot for local poke! Small place, I only saw two employees. I had a poke bowl with spicy salmon (after their recommendation) and garlic ahi on a bed of white rice. It was about $15 so pricy compared to my regular Foodland poke bowl (less than $8). It was delicious and filling. The spicy salmon was very creamy, almost too much sauce for my taste, and had a chipotle feel to it. The garlic wasn't much more than shoyu add garlic but it did have a kind of Mongolian beef flavor that I enjoyed with the green onions in there. I would recommend if you're out this way but I'll probably stick to Foodland for my poke addiction.

Subbed out the ahi limu poke in my Hawaiian bowl for the garlic ahi poke and it was good! The Hawaiian bowl is the best thing on the menu in my opinion. You get poke, lomi salmon and kalua pig. All my favorite Hawaiian style foods! The wait was a little long though. The mask mandate was just lifted but they still require masks FYI. Only one family/party inside the store at a time.

Why would you order steak from a Poke restaurant? You shouldn't. My Prime Rib Style Ribeye Steak was a thin piece of (maybe) ribeye. The meat was caked with garlic and quite salty, but salty is in keeping with the "Prime Rib Style" and was reminiscent of the crusty edge of prime rib. That's all the (kinda) good I can say though. Steak was so far gone that the middle was grey-white and couldn't be cut with a plastic knife. Threw away $15 worth of my $19 plate. TLDR: Stick with the poke

IF you're craving food from Poke Stop be sure NEVER to order online and NEVER use UBER EATS. They will rip you off. They will charge you twice and take double the amount of tips and make it hard for you to get your money back. Don't get me wrong food is good and my family orders a bit from Poke Stop but by UBER EATS charging me twice and doubled their tip took, removing this restaurant off my list because it's hard to trust them now. I've been sending inquiries and requests for someone/a rep to get back to me for a week now, and to date, no response. This kind of service makes a good restaurant get bad ratings.
