I hope Red Ribbon realize how they sell their cake is much more expensive than the US/local made, and it was so disappointing that "We don't write on cake anymore." This is what I received from the cashier on Sept 1, '23. If the business is focused on celebration, then why the staff were not supervised to be trained on writing cake for special occasions like birthdays? Is it that hard considering the price?I wonder how much customers were turned down when requesting cake writing.

Who is the person answer the phone today? If you can not speak English well and guess you need to do something else, what is better than talking order? This is the 2nd time i was order on the phone and the person who's took a order can't speak ENGLISH well and make i waste my time because when i went to pick up they have not my order at all. Suck a bad service!!
