I ordered a Ube overload cake on line 2 days prior to pick up date. They call me 2 hrs before pick up saying they sold their last one last night and won't have any until the next day. This was hugely disappointing as we were really looking forward to this Ube cake for our special occasion. Poor management!

Pricing is too much.TBH, the cake is not that good anymore, sadly.Reconsider your pricing, and taste them,And then ask yourself, is the cake worth the price.

I hope Red Ribbon realize how they sell their cake is much more expensive than the US/local made, and it was so disappointing that "We don't write on cake anymore." This is what I received from the cashier on Sept 1, '23. If the business is focused on celebration, then why the staff were not supervised to be trained on writing cake for special occasions like birthdays? Is it that hard considering the price?I wonder how much customers were turned down when requesting cake writing.

Title: Butter Mamon for the WIN AGAIN! I don't visit Red Ribbon Bakery frequently, but when I do, I always go for the Butter Mamon, and it's consistently delightful. This time, I decided to mix it up with the regular Butter Mamon and a Mocha variant. While I've enjoyed the Mocha Crumble Cake in the past, this particular slice didn't quite live up to my memories. The crunch and flavor weren't as satisfying as before.Whenever I'm at Seafood City, the temptation to pick up these delicious soft sponge cakes on the way out is hard to resist. They make for the perfect snack for my infant and toddler. While the Mocha Crumble Cake didn't hit the mark this time, Red Ribbon Bakery remains a go-to spot for their Butter Mamon.

Spent $40 plus on the 4 Variety cakes -4 different slices on one cake round. It looked so delicious and pretty. But, it was so dry, not the same taste as a few months ago. There was not enough mango in the mango cream cake slice, the Uber slice was too sweet and not enough ube flavor, and both chocolate slice cakes were overly sweet not tasting like Black Forest cake or tiramisu. So disappointed as I bought that for a celebration of 3 different people for their birthdays! Wish I had gone elsewhere but was so excited that the consistency in quality would be there/it was not.

This bake shop is a staple in any Asian/Filipino community! We look forward to their delicious cakes and unique flavors like ube, yema, etc. The cakes are not cheap though. One round cake cost around $40. They also have smaller roll cakes as well in various flavors such a chocolate. My favorite has to be the Choco Mocha Crunch. The cake is moist and a hint of sweet from the goodies on the top. The cakes are readily available so there's no need to preorder. The service is great! They ask you what the occasion is and will give you a topper for the cake with a candle for free. Overall, this is a great place to pick up a cake.

Although the cakes are okay, the prices have increased significantly. I called the bakery 7 times with no answer, each time allowing the phone to ring for at least 5 minutes. I called in the early morning, afternoon, and early evening with no response. The message states I could order online, however when I tried, there was only one cake available to order. I tried changing the date and still only one cake available. I finally got frustrated and drove straight to the bakery after my work shift. The employee apologized for not answering the phone because it was busy earlier that day. So busy that she couldn't answer ALL SEVEN TIMES?!?! I don't think so. It appears the phone is on silent, because I even tried calling while I was there. There was only one person ahead of me and no one after me when I got there, so I inquired why I was unable to reach anyone and why I couldn't order online too. If it wasn't for my son wanting his birthday cake there, I would NEVER have ordered a cake. This bakery is HORRIBLE with service!!!!!!!!

Lady was helping somebody over the phone so it took a little while, and without recognizing our wait she go ahead and asked what we want and I said two cheesy ensaymada and then she asked "two bag?" and so I didn't know what she meant by two bags so I said Yes cause the single ensaymada is wrapped in a plastic bag. And then to my surprise she was already charging for two PACKS and by pack means 6 was inside a bag. So I made it clear that I only want two pieces and she then said "I asked you madam" with an annoyed face like she couldn't just be nicer and make it clear first before charging which should have been part of her job but unfortunately she'd rather be rude. Anyways the baked goods is really good and I hope they build a location in town so I dont have to drive all the way to Waipahu just to experience the same kind of service.

Ordered a birthday cake that was scheduled in advanced to be delivered via door dash on recipients special day. This store acknowledged the order but did not deliver. They closed for the day without notifying door dash or customer that they will not fill the order. For a business providing cakes for special occasions, Red Ribbon should have at least notified the customer that they cannot complete the order. The occasion has come and gone, Door Dash and Red Ribbon partnership failed the customer. They just lost a customer.

Experience one of the favorite bakery in the Philippines. Very tasty choices of different pastries and cakes the filipino style. Make sure to drop by and try mamon, it’s one of the best.

Stopped in for some butter mamon (buttery sponge cake). I wanted my friends to try them as they love pound cake and never had this before. They have a variety of mamon cakes that are ready to for purchase. They also have different cakes and pastries available. I would definitely recommend this buttery sponge cake if you have never had it. It's light and has buttery goodness that is sooo yummy!
