Starbucks

This was my first time at this location. I dined in at 7:30am on a Tuesday. I ordered a grande oat milk London Fog latte and a gouda breakfast sandwich. I tasted my latte and it was bland. I noticed it only had one tea bag instead of the 2 that it's supposed to have, so I went up to the counter to ask for another bag. I added it to my cup and after a few minutes I removed the tea bags and tasted the latte again. It was unsweetened. So I asked the barista if she added the 4 pumps of vanilla syrup that it's supposed to have and she said no, because the sticker on the cup only said tea and oat milk! So, with my Starbucks app I showed the cashier that the drink's default is supposed to have 2 tea bags and 4 pumps of vanilla syrup. She said the barista didn't know because she had never made that drink before. They offered to remake it for me. Instead I asked them to just add 4 pumps of the vanilla syrup. The gouda breakfast sandwich was good. Apparently the barista needs more training because a customer should not have to teach them about the drinks they serve. Starbucks usually holds high training standards, but something was clearly amiss here! And by the way, the floors under the sitting counters and the employee locker doors (they're in the dining area) could use some cleaning.

I especially want to thank Kaiu for her exceptional customer service ! This is an awesome location it’s one of my favorites I come every morning and look forward too seeing the smiling faces of the staff here coffee is always great and so are the vibes ! Thank you guys for an awesome experience.

Was in the area .. drink (iced white chocolate mocha) tasted watered down/not good. The main reason for the 1 star is the service here & the attitudes of the workers are terrible. Will make it a point to not stop at this location again.

I usually love this location, but the two staff members working around 1 PM on September 4 had a poor attitude, and my coffee wasn’t very good either.

I ordered an impossible sandwich and got some other random pesto thing. And I couldn’t go back cause I was rushing to work and my blood sugar dropped 😭😭😭

American coffee as a whole is horrendous but the cappuccino from here was at least drinkable.

I don’t usually make reviews but there was a barista named Jasey who had the worst attitude. She was just rude when I tried putting in an order and she gave me annoyed look when I asked her to remake my drink when it came out wrong ://

The staff at this Starbucks were incredibly inhospitable and rude. It was honestly shocking as I’ve never had such a negative experience at a Starbucks before. There’s another location about a mile up the road and I promise driving a little more is worth it, I will never be back to this location.

This has got to be the slowest drive through on the island. I put my car in park in the line, walk in and one person is doing everything with the rest looking busy. And talk about entitlement issues with the workers. The owner better have a set of eyes on this situation. Every. Single. Time.

Ordered just ice in addition to coffee drinks & morning breakfast. I order extra ice to chew on, so naturally I opened the cup to grab some and pop in my mouth. Low and behold I find the interior of the cup smudged with appears to be either matcha or mold; either way it's still unsanitary.

I go to Starbucks every day. This location is by far my favorite! The staff working the drive through are so nice!

Great little location to sit and do some work if you need a quiet space. Weekdays are calm. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The drive thru is of course busy but if youre able to park and come inside Id encourage it. The service was super quick and professional. I was able to get the merch and gift cards I needed, which surprisingly they have ample of. I'm bummed that there's no cooler to pick drinks and snacks from but maybe it's due to limited space as they still have a full menu to choose from. Staff were friendly and overall I really enjoyed my recent time here.
