This Starbucks is clean (in the sitting area) and has a cool vibe, but there are no charging outlet. They've all been covered up. Not a big enough annoyance in my mind to ding a star in a rating, but if you're looking to come here and get work done, just know it's loud and there are no charging options.They seem to have some exclusive drinks (lavender something something) and free coffee grounds at the door for your garden.One star off because the bathroom was kinda dirty.

The employees are always nice, but corporate covered all the electric outlets in the dining area... It's also always very loud in here.

Again, this Starbucks! ...unorganized, Stood inside at the counter waiting for the staff to take our order....NOPE DIDN'T HAPPEN! EVERYTIME A NEW ORDER CAME IN FROM THE DRIVE THR, WE WERE DISREGARDED....THIS CONTINUED UNTIL.... WE JUST LEFT...INTERESTING ....IN THE MORNING...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME THERE...EVEN YOU"RE NOT RUNNING LATE FOR WORK...YOU WILL BE LATE FOR WORK!

Waipahu town center location. Starbucks only packing stalls are a plus. Always busy with drive through. Closest to the rail stop and Queen's Medical Center West.

If I could put no stars I would, when ordering my pumpkin spice latte I asked for extra cream foam which already comes with the drink, only to not get it at all and when we mentioned that we didn’t have the foam they told us it would be an extra 2.00 dollars for foam that already wasn’t even in the drink and the worker was very very rude! Will never be visiting this location again!

My experience was pretty bad..yes, they were swamped at 7 am but the whole operation was unorganized. My wait was over 40 mins for two simple lattes. The lady who was moving around the most (seemed like a manger) constantly reassured me that she was getting my order but it definitely seemed like so many people who came in after me got served (not including app orders). When I finally got my order, they just put my cup holder on the counter, didn’t put them inside, and when I went to do it myself the top on one of them wasn’t on properly and 1/3 of my coffee spilled out. The girl who did it just looked at me and walked away. Horrible attitude and subpar service since only the manager had any courtesy. Will avoid like a plague.

Poor service at this drive-thru again! This lady stick her hand out of the window holding the card reader WITHOUT looking where the card reader was facing while busy chatting with other baristas. I barely could see or read what was on the card reader because it was facing up let alone the drive thru window was much higher than my car. I asked the staff to bring it closer and turn the pad in front of me because I couldn’t see it. She then turned and give me a “what are you taking so long face!" Then she quickly turn around and continued talking with other baristas. This staff, (Polynesian looking lady with heavy set, I wish I got her name) then sarcastically praised and mocked at my glasses as if they were the reason that I couldn’t see the card reader. Non apologetic whatsoever. Last time, they accidentally spilled coffee on my wife. Instead of saying sorry, they laughed as if it was a joke. Luckily, it was a cold coffee.

I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks to get work done and even meet up with friends for coffee but why did they close up all the outlets??? I guess it’s their way of saying “leave your money and go hangout somewhere else.” ? I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else to do my hw. Sad day!

Happy World Gratitude Day!Happy National Chai Day!Happy Thursyay!!Gosh what a thankful Thursday it's been, when you start with a plan that didn't go as planned there are reasons for it to be leading in a direction that's meant to be.That's what this day has been so far...honestly needed to go to the restroom and the staff here are amazing running a full place including drive thru so I took advantage and luckily had my Kris Hawaii cup and ordered only to be told of the current promo Thursyay and it's a BOGO so I got a hot sip to save for tomorrow.The vibe here is great super spacious, lots of various types of seating and is just a beautifully clean and organized location. I'm so grateful and humbled for what I have...my car remote now works (my first world issue I was anxious about) I got a sip for tomorrow and my sweet BunBun is smiling!Thank you!

Waited 20 minutes for our drinks, & I see everyone else that ordered after me getting drinks! Asked the workers & they just said it works like this& that cause of their stickers being not in order which doesn’t make sense since they should make the order for the same customer at the same time! & yes I can see you are busy but the fact that all the workers including the manager see that but NOT one person even said sorry or thanks for the wait is crazy to me. It makes a difference when the vibe is friendly but Not with these workers today. The vibe isn’t it! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & that’s say a lot for someone who goes to Starbucks every single day!
