“These 2 workers celice and Krystal were just jamming it out with a long line and good customer service and with happy smile and working to get me and my family for what I want even though it was a busy night for them thank you for your hard work and good customer service you guys where awesome.“

“Better to order online and pick up in store versus dealing with the lines as this location gets busy around lunch and dinner times. The staff are nice and the orders were prepared in a timely manner. Clean store with lots of indoor seating. Parking is tight but not impossible.“

“Ordered online and paid through the Subway App for The Beast footlong and the Home Run Ham footlong, place is located in the restaurant area in Waikele Outlets by Genki Sushi, Chilis and Mcds so parking is kinda tough to find during peak hours.

Usually park by KFC and walk across, order was ready when I walked in, doesnt get much easier than that🤙 4 stars“

“I stop by maybe once a week. There's this really cool girl who works M-F . She has excellent customer skills & is overall pleasant company. Subway in Waipahu need to give her a raise because me and the other customers always smiling and laughing when she's there.“
