“I was trying to use the Subway online to get the by one get one fooltong. I didn't read the fine print (that is my bad) and ended up buying 3 sandwiches. I was trying to ask questions but the lady was giving me the cold shoulder. Her co worker Tanner, came up to the counter and started explaining how the app worked. Helped me get set up with the Subway clud app. He was awesome great customer service. He made my experience go from 0 to 5.“
