I went to buy for myself. I ended up buying for my team. This pork sisig is life changing. First time trying. Definitely not the last time.

Little bit oily for me but the taste is good.

THE BEST PORK SISIG I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! Mind you, I was born and raised in the Philippines and I found the best one in Hawaii! The beef pares was phenomenal too! We had to come back before we fly back home to Austin, Texas because ITS. THAT. GOOD!!! Thank you to tommyeats on instagram for the recommendation!

The crispy pork sisig with garlic rice was absolutely amazing! This is THE best Phillipino food you will ever have the pleasure of eating!!! And I've had sisig from Pampanga, where it was created. I'm serious! You'll regret not trying it!

Pork sisig ?? The best

The food truck is located in the parking lot, not in the marketplace building. We went at 10 am on a Friday and there was no one in line. The order was made fresh. We ordered the crispy pork sisig side dish, no rice to take home for lunch.

Parking: It's the old historic site of Arakawa's store.

Being a haole who first tried sizzling sisig on a work trip to Manila, I've been on a quest for that authentic flavor ever since. This food truck blew me away!

I ordered the pork sisig and was transported back to my travels. The crispy pork skin, tender pork belly, onions, and jalapeños all sang together, perfectly balanced with the tangy zing of calamansi. It's a flavor explosion that's hard to describe, but impossible to forget.

The woman at the register was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. If you're craving sisig or just want to try something new, SW8 Dada's is an absolute must-try. I'll definitely be back for more! Also, they take card now (in contrast to some of the other reviews on here).

Pro-Food is good, fast and friendly service.Con-Cash only, waiting outdoors and no shade. If you have gout, this will trigger it.

Parking: Trailer outside of Waipahu Plantation Market place. Next to Waipahu Depot road. Lot and street parking is sometimes full.*Waipahu Market Place looks to install gates into the parking lot.
