For breakfast, a bowl of Pampanga Kitchen's Arroz Caldo (rice soup) is a great way to start the day. It's full of flavor, with generous amounts of chicken and an egg. Also included: two calamansi to jazz it up even more.Order and pay at the register first. Counter seating.Parking: parking may get tight later in the dayWheelchair accessibility: good accessibility
