Scooter's Coffee in Adel is awesome! The drinks and food are delicious and the staff is always friendly and efficient. Their frosted sugar cookies are the bomb!

I went to get the cinnamon crunch latte, well it was a really awful experience since I asked for iced not hot and it was still hot. It didn’t taste like cinnamon it all , it was straight coffee and milk with ice , I decide to go and try it since I’ve been seeing it on internet but this was really disappointing!

We received what we order but as a jeep owner I asked to trade a duck just to have a duck scooter and I was refused. Not cool! If you are going to have any ducks including bronco duck you should trade. Not for sure if I will ever go back so to this. I’d rather spend my money in the town I live in but if your lot going to represent then do show that you do.

I absolutely love this place. Best refresher drinks ever!!! I’m almost an hour from there, wish I could go every day!!! Sandwiches and food is also outstanding!!! Staff is always friendly. Fast service, never had to wait long ever. I highly recommend this location.

They're mostly good. I've had several drinks that have had a knot of some flavorless mass in the middle, others that just don't taste like they should. The one in Waukee is on point every time, so I just go to that one.

I have been to this Scooter's several times. I get frustrated when I order an item but then I pull around to get it and it is not what I order. I ask for whip on top and go to hand it back and they will not add it even though I asked for it when I ordered it. They advise me they can put it in a separate cup for me. That does me no good when it is part of the drink. I also order pup cups and they don't add it to the order. I ask for it and they are like you need to pay for. I say ok and it is an inconvenience for them to do it. It is like they don't understand they are in the customer service.

We ordered 2 large mocha cold brew coffees this morning and were very disappointed. There was hardly any chocolate flavor in them. For what they charge, we sure didn’t get our money’s worth. We are here on a camping trip and thought we’d give them a shot. I can make plain cold brew at home if that’s all the flavor they’re going to add.
