Coming back from the Rail ride in Boone saw this place. We were thrilled with our ice cream. I got the Cherry Chocolate amaretto and my husband got Carmel popcorn! Yummy!! Can’t wait to come back again!!
Billys is the best and their cold brew float is delicious!
