Stopped by Alison’s Kitchen and it was super chill and homey. The smells from the kitchen were amazing and everything felt warm and welcoming. It’s fully wheelchair accessible with easy entrance and plenty of space to move around comfortably inside. Alison was friendly, I grabbed a simple tasty bite, chatted for a bit, and left feeling relaxed. Great low-key spot if you want good vibes and easy access for everyone
Best place to eat with the family!
Stopped here while on our way to Okoboji. Just what we needed - great service and yummy, basic food while traveling. The burgers and fries were good, the salads were fresh, and the kids meals were perfect for them (option of burger, chicken strips, or cheese quesadilla). Note: The restaurant is in an old nursing home, and there is not a big sign out front. Once you get inside, there is a little gift shop you walk through and then you will get to restaurant.
