Great food at a reasonable price. Fast service and the wait staff was very professional. We had a large group and they handled us with speed and efficiency. Definatly a must stop.

We were visiting Algona and ate lunch on a Saturday, about 1pm. The restaurant wasn't busy but there were enough diners to demonstrate it was a reasonable place to eat. We had fish tacos and Chili Verde. Both were good and plenty of food. The service was also good.

Being from Texas, I was surprised to find that some of the best Mexican food I have ever eaten is from Iowa. This place is great and the service is outstanding. It will always be a place I visit when I'm in town.

We had our family of 12 walk in on a Saturday afternoon. The owner immediately sat us down and brought out an extended table for all of us to be able to sit together. The hospitality and service was AMAZING! They were quick, attended us often, and were super friendly. He took care of us with zero hesitation and a great attitude. I’ve been there, done that, big groups can be a lot, but he handled us with such kindness. 10/10 recommend this place, for the service alone. Plus the food was great, and came out fresh and hot!

Normally the food is really good but this time not so much. I got steak and shrimp fajitas, chips and queso, and shrimp burrito. There was very little steak or shrimp in it, it was mostly peppers and onions. The shrimp in both dishes were dry and very stringy. As I say the food has always been very good, just Murray's caught them on an off night.
