“I had the steak nachos and they are the best ones I have ever had. I have traveled many places and nachos are my go to and these nachos were the absolute best. I had to come back to try the chicken ones and they took blew me away. Which lead me to sample more of this delightful small town pub's menu. I was not disappointed. I recommend all of it.Five stars are not enough!”

“It's alittle pricey !!!! Food was Excellent. Waiting for the food wasn't too bad for party Of 7. I suppose, cause I wasn't local.I felt out a place.I never looked around the whole restaurant, but I felt like we were kind of crammed in there.They prefer you to have reservations. Ooh la la.”

“Go to this place. Basically, it's perfect. I'm not saying that because I have some kind of affiliation with it because I don't. If you're in Algona and looking for a restaurant, don't waste your time on any other restaurant.”

“So, I set the expectations bar low, and I was pleasantly surprised. I grew up and lived in the central valley of California. My first wife is Mexican, and her grandmother was an excellent cook. Don't get me wrong, the food is for sure TexMex (says so in the menu). But, there are some definite Mexican flavors and techniques. The beans were very good.”

“We hosted a baby shower upstairs at the Feed Mill Coffee Co. We served their quiche and mini scones with some of our own items. The food was delicious. Angela and Paul were as accommodating as they could be with the amount of daily traffic they were managing at the counter. I would recommend making sure they have a chair count way in advance so you don't have to wash the chairs yourself. They have a nice storage area so you don't have to take all the empty decoration totes home, but can just refill them after your event. They also allowed us to use some private space to prepare food in another area of the building which was great. Would have given a 5 stars if we wouldn't have had to wash chairs... Don't let that persuade you from renting the space because the chairs are clean now.”

I first said, "Surprise me!" and got a drink called the Boston Marmalade and it blew my socks off!Between the 4 of us, we got 8 new drinks to try and were blown away by EACH one!PLEASE try this place out SOON!! “In town for work. Ordered by phone. Staff was friendly and patient with my order and taking my provisions card over the phone. Delivered within the time frame they gave me. Pizza was outstanding. If I’m back in town I will certainly order from here again. Thank you!”

“For being the 4th weekend I was expecting more people but there is a pretty good lineup of concerts at the abate Park but again tons of bikers parked out front small crowd inside so I got my drinks really quick and the staff was really sweet.... Just a bunch of tool box markers looking to enjoy a 3 day weekend”

“Great ice cream, which is most important. The food is great too. My orders are always correct, the staff is friendly and personable, and the current owners are always remodeling the building to better serve the customers (like the public restroom they added!). I would recommend.”

“Place wasn't busy on a Saturday afternoon. Is clean. Is comfortable. Staff is friendly and our server was punctual to our desires. The food absolutely delicious! And the prices are as should be. Expect to pay $15 - 20 per person. OH! AND COFFEE IS AMAZING WITH AND WITHOUT SUGAR!!!”

“I gave a good review but I was a little mad. First I ordered number 7. $8.19 go to window she says 10.50 . I got my change back. It was $10.58 found out $1.70 the receipt said. Orange juice. Was an upcharge. Was not told I had to pay more for orange juice but it does make sense. But wasn't told. So how much does orange juice go for. ?”
