Lucky Bowl is a restaurant with mixed reviews. The food quality can be hit or miss, with some customers enjoying dishes like the chicken lo mein, while others find the Asian cuisine lacking. The service, however, is a common point of criticism, with the hostess/waitress/owner described as short, rushing, and rude. Customers have complained about the lack of attentive service, such as not being checked on or having their water refilled. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant also leave room for improvement, with the place needing updating and dishes left on tables. Despite these issues, some customers have found the food to be great and the portions generous, especially for families with children.
