friendly employees, doesn't take too long for them to get the food, and it tastes really good.
Parking: there are a decent number of parking lots by DQ itself for its size, but there a lot of free parking spots just across the street so it can be very easy to park there even if the main spots right by the restaurant are occupied.
Kid-friendliness: kids love icecream so its the perfect place for them, especially with friendly staff
I brought 16 kids from my bus in after school. There were lots of others there with their kids. They kept the whole order straight and got the orders out correctly and timely while they waited on the other customers.

Was ok .. could've been bit more friendlier .. gal brought food out didn't say name had to look in bag to see if was mine .. went to car realized didn't give me my drink had to go back in and ask for my my drink they missed ?....
