The restaurant was clean and the staff that brought the food out were nice. The only issue I have is needing to use the self service kiosk to order my food which has happened two out of the three times I've been there in years time.

It took ONE HOUR… to get my FAST food and the workers were scrolling in their phones while people were waiting FOR AN HOUR to get their food.

Went at 11:00 pm and fries were only half full there was a dime size sauce on our burgers and barely any mayo and no lettuce on my McChickens
Never again. Food has progressively declined since Covid. Been waiting a half hour for some chicken nuggets and a filet-o-fish. This place has recieved far too many chances, and too much of my money for overpriced poor quality food.

The 2 orders of fries were literally half full along with the Carmel frappe. I could have put both fries in the same container with room to spare. This isn't the first or even the fifth time this has happened at this location. I never write reviews but COME ON!!! McDonald's is no longer an affordable option in fast food so at the bare minimum they could keep the portions to standard. Do better guys.

ACE IN ALGONA IOWA Deserves a massive raise as he is the greatest help I’ve ever had he was so professional and so kind he definitely deserves raise. I would definitely give it to him.
