I want to start off with the good things. This McDonald’s is at a convenient location, you can walk there from other stores and gas stations in the area. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The waiting customers for apologies for the fact that they had to wait while staff was struggling in the kitchen.
I don’t even mind waiting longer if that means that my food will be hot rather than warm, but this McDonald’s served me cold (yes, not luke wam, but cold!) burger and barely warm fries after waiting for over half an hour. I didn’t complain in the store and didn’t want to make a fuss which might disturb the families with their children but thinking back, maybe I should have. Worst experience at a McDonald’s so far, and through the years I’ve been to many all over the nation and even the world.
