If ur hours on the door 11 o clock for dine in and midnight for drive thru then it better same open till those times we were going in and it wasn't even 10 and employee said lobby closed and drive thru closes in 5

Waited about 10 minutes to receive my food thinking it was going to be fresh right??? Wrong, bigmac was warm/old, and the fries well they were barely warm and hard. They didn’t really liked to be bitten they just kinda mushed together. After the new owners this place went down hill fast. Fat L for the owners.

If Algona McDonald's wants to give out mini ice cream cones they should charge accordingly.....Burger King in Mason City only charges a dollar for their cones.

Ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers ? and fries ? to go , drove 50 miles and started to not feel well , drove another 50 miles and got terribly sick ,and then was sick for the 2 following days aswell, felt fine before I ate

The only reason I still go here is bc it's cheap the food is always cold, they take forever to find a dasher and the employees always glaring at people when they drive up. the managers they have there are terrible at there job. If I could do 0 stars I would this place needs to go out of business. Last time I eat

So much sauce on my spicy chicken sandwich when I picked it up it shot out the end of the bun. First sandwich first 3 bites all grizzle turned truck around went back to get a new sandwich. Second better but still slathered in hot sauce.

Let's see... Monday night I went in, Jasmine watched me walk in and looked right at me with those Elvira eyes, and turned and walked away calling all her minions with her. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to come up to take my order. They couldn't make a McCurry bc the ice cream was down but they could make a shake? That makes no sense. I waited another 20 minutes for a 10pc, med fries and a double. Tonight we tried to stop for ice cream, doors were locked at 940pm, with ppl in there. So we go to the drive thru, nobody answered for over a good 5 minutes. Why is the doors locked? We just left.....
