Good evening; just wanted to reach out to you about an issue tonight while dinning in at the Algona Pizza Ranch. There were 4 of us in our party and not one thought anything on either the salad station, the pizza station or the chicken station was stocked. We finally asked if chicken was going to be made after we had already waited 30 minutes for it and then it comes out about 20 minutes later so almost an hour. Called the order in for delivery they got it wrong then had to wait for 40 minutes called back then they said we had to come pick it up and the order was not what we wanted so reorder it and that order took over an hour to come called again and there was no communication for the time waiting not happy with the manager being a prick should be fired and someone better should be hired.
