Good evening; just wanted to reach out to you about an issue tonight while dinning in at the Algona Pizza Ranch. There were 4 of us in our party and not one thought anything on either the salad station, the pizza station or the chicken station was stocked. We finally asked if chicken was going to be made after we had already waited 30 minutes for it and then it comes out about 20 minutes later so almost an hour. We definitely did not get our money worth. Very disappointed with dinning in tonight at the Algona Pizza Ranch. We frequently visit there to make sure it can stay in business, but after tonight it was proved that we need to frequent other restaurants in town because of everything being extremely low.

Called the order in for delivery they got it wrong then had to wait for 40 minutes called back then they said we had to come pick it up and the order was not what we wanted so reorder it and that order took over an hour to come called again and there was no communication for the time waiting not happy with the manager being a prick should be fired and someone better should be hired.

I'm not Joking, the lady who was helping me out had the most beautiful Personality the kind in which you didn't think of if she was married or if she had money or she was pretty I hopefully will run into some day you only go thur that maybe ? a couple of times in your life anyway I hope I do the food was good.....

Pizza ranch is what it is. Cheap pizza. My wife got hit by the swinging door right by the buffet and her food went everywhere, staff didn’t even acknowledge they just smashed her with a door and seemed annoyed they had to clean up the mess.
As you can see I paid then it was canceled and never refunded but instead charged an additional 6$ at first I wasn't blaming them fir computer errors but this is not okay and shouldn't even be possible unless they took my card information somehow. The assistant manager spefically said he'd take care of it then I get charged 6$
2nd time I ordered the pepperoni pizza that's supposed to come with 2 kinds of pepperoni and nope 1 kind. Plus it was 1/2 hour late which is ok but starting to think I won't order pizza here anymore.

The people were very rude. I called twice the first time they told me toddlers don’t eat free. I called a second time to get an estimate on Buffett and asked how much a two year old would be then told me they were gonna be free… like what? Then I walked into the facility with my family just to be told the buffet was not going on anymore? Didn’t I just call you and ask for the buffet price and told you I was coming and you said come on in? The girls at the front were very nice and their customer service was great until they told me that I can eat whatever’s left but they’re not making more. Basically pushing me out the door. It’s not my fault your staff can’t get on the same page. Also if the buffet ends at 7 why stay open till 9?

Pizza Ranches are all predictable. This was an established Pizza Ranch. They even had the ice cream. Smaller salad bar than some, well stocked and employees were friendly and hard working.
Parking: They are located tucked in back by Bomgaards. You drive thru their parking lots from the road to get there.
