The burger was greasy, leaving a puddle in the bottom of the paper tray. They lost the order for our dessert. After 20 minutes I finally asked and they made them immediately, but no compensation.

These employees need to be recognized for how good their customer service is. They are polite and professional. Customer service seems to be dying in our society but not at this place! Alexa deserves a shoutout especially.

Ordered butter burger double basket+ fry combo. Lisa at the front counter who took my order was very sweet. Read my order back to make sure it was right. The burger was excellent (Culver's top quality!) The fries were nice hot and still crunchy. I enjoyed my meal out on the patio soaking this nice Iowa sunshine (before it's gone) The bathrooms were spotless. The interior of the restaurant was well kept and plenty of clean tables for other customers to enjoy.
Going into detail about how clean and hot the food was, I believe they were extremely busy for lunch (ordered around 2:20pm) but the employees were still smiling and keeping the restaurant in order. Great Culver's location. Great price for a double medium combo. (11.33$) Good job y'all 👍

Culvers is one of the best places to go to eat, their burgers are very delicious, as are their dads, and their ice cream is amazing, well deserved for their 5 stars.
I filled out a survey about my apparent curb side order. Asked someone get back to me. Hasnt happened. I know the owners they probably saw it was me and figured he’s not worth the time. So now they get a one. Why bother asking for a review?
