We just visited here and it was disgustingly dirty, I understand it’s a theme park and it’s probably hard to keep it sparkling clean but this place obviously hasn’t had a good cleaning in a while.
The trash cans were overflowing, the floor was filthy, and the (wobbly) tables weren’t cleared even though there was 4 employees behind the line…one of which was working the register and her friend was sitting right by her at the bar-top just hanging out and staring at you while you order, very weird and uncomfortable.
The bacon cheeseburger we ordered, the bun was dry, the patty was like rubber and cold, very underwhelming, we took one bite and trashed it. If I hadn’t got it on the dining pass I’d have taken it back for a refund of whatever ridiculous price they charge.
This place looks great on the outside, but it’s a filthy mess on the inside.

This was our first time here, and it will be our last. The chicken tenders were barely lukewarm and extremely dry, and the fries were limp and cold. The service was the worst. The worker was more concerned with making sure the door to the restaurant was closed than providing fresh food and a good experience. It doesn’t cost anything to treat customers well. The worker was saying that they only had two workers there today and that it was going to be slow, and was extremely rude. We were not complaining about anything to this guy but he seemed so upset to be there. The ONLY good thing about this restaurant is that it has air conditioning.
