“Stopped here for a breakfast. Got the dough sandwich with a latte. Check it out...oh woops I ate it too fast! If you are looking for real food that is made fast come here. They have the best breakfast sandwiches. Coffee is good too. Excellent customer service they are always working. Very friendly and would recommend to anyone looking for good breakfast food!“

“Initially came for the boba and didn’t care for the donuts. Funny enough, I loved the donut and was unfortunately disappointed with my drink.

I ordered a black milk tea with tapioca pearls and it lacked flavor. The tapioca was not the best quality either.

I decided to get a classic glazed donut (not pictured because it was inhaled immediately). It was easily one of the greatest donuts I’ve had in a very long time. It was so soft and fluffy!

The inside is very cute and clean. I really liked how they have photos of their regulars displayed. There is also a self order kiosk.

I understand that the construction on Ankeny makes entering businesses somewhat difficult, but I think it’d be worth giving them a try! Maybe next time I will try a fruit tea instead.“

From the moment we walked in, the delicate aroma of fresh donuts made it clear we were in the right place. The donuts were soft, and incredibly fresh—exactly what you hope for from Krispy Kreme.

What really stood out was the excellent customer service. The staff were not only friendly, but also knowledgeable—taking time to explain the different flavors available and even pointing out a special offer on the bottom of our receipt to use during our next visit.

It's that kind of thoughtful service and attention to detail that will make this a must stop on our next trip to Ankeny. A sweet experience all around!“

“I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for years, and the experience has stayed consistent: you get your coffee, the staff are friendly enough, and that’s that. Nothing extraordinary, but it gets the job done.

Now, the parking lot… well, it’s a compact little maze in a strip mall lot, so you get what you get. Maneuvering in there feels like a mini driving test, and just as a heads-up: I was once the victim of a hit-and-run in this very parking lot. Not Dunkin’s fault, but maybe keep your head on a swivel and have insurance. Just a suggestion.“
