“I went here before school to buy donuts for my class. I walked up and the lobby was closed so I had to go through the drive-thru. I wish I had caught the name of the gal working because she was amazing! She was the only one working (others had called in sick, I believe), and therefore was only taking order through the drive-thru. Although she was doing multiple people's jobs, she held it together on her own. She was very kind, helpful, and positive when she could have easily been on edge considering the situation. Great experience!“

“Stopped in for a coffee and a sourdough breakfast sandwich. The young woman at the front was very sweet and assisted in choosing which coffee to get. Even made it herself and did an amazing job. Thanks for such an excellent experience. Need more people like her in the service industry.“

“Mee Mochi is amazing! They bring unique flavors, seasonal specials and exceptional customer service to Des Moines! Our favorites are the donuts! The Glaze and Churro, to be exact! My husband and I strongly recommend Mee Mochi as they are Fresh, delicious and provide a story-driven experience! Would LOVE ❤️ to see Mee Mochi at the Iowa State Fair! Cute shop!“

“Great experience!! A little pricey, but worth it! They have gluten-free-ish donuts which was perfect for me. We sat and ate our donuts at the restaurant, and we got to watch them make more donuts right in front of us! My kids loved watching the worker make donuts and donut holes! Thanks Hurts!“
