They called me the night before to tell me they couldn't make my exact order. I accepted it and still continue with my order. I had ordered and set a pick up time. However, when time was very limited ( 7am the next morning), they could not find my order. A few minutes later they found the order.A bit irritating.Found out later in the day these donuts were too expensive, especially since I didn't get exactly what I wanted.
the people scared me and didn’t say hai :3 but tbh if i worked at dunkin i wouldn’t say hi because thats annoying as hell when they d respond but what i ordered was amazing! I have a stutter and they didn’t look at my differently ❤️

Waited 15 min for my mobile order, and that is after having to ask for the food portion. Food was barely warm by the time I got it. This was my 2nd and last time at this location. 1st visit over a month ago got the simple order, of medium iced coffee and a wrap, order completely wrong and took over 20 min to get after ordering at the register.
