Ordered two coffees, both orders wrong. Asked to remake them, she grabbed them, popped the top off one, added whipped cream and handled them back and shut the door in our face. Had such an attitude. Like you made them wrong why are you mad at me?

Waited 15 min for my mobile order, and that is after having to ask for the food portion. Food was barely warm by the time I got it. This was my 2nd and last time at this location. 1st visit over a month ago got the simple order, of medium iced coffee and a wrap, order completely wrong and took over 20 min to get after ordering at the register.

All the little signs about "if you're rude we refuse service l" well maybe have a better staff that isn't rude to your customers off the bat when you order. Also maybe try shoveling your drive through lane.
Went in this morning for early doughnuts. When going through the drive thru we had to ask if anyone was taking orders. The employee said " I SAID order when ever" very rudly. When getting to the window we were not greeted the employee stuck her had out and grabbed my money, when she returned she slammed the money back into my hand. Another employee came to hand my my food and said to me they were out after a particular doughnut wirh no offer for another type so I requested another type, the employee rudely stated they didn't have that one either and when I requested another type, the employees comment was "FINNNEEEE" and slammed the window shut. When returning with my bag she dropped it out the window. I expressed my dissatisfaction wirh the service from two employees and the third employee yelled out the window profanities. I will NEVER return here. No wonder this store does not do well.

Looks like this is an ongoing problem with this Dunkin by the past one star reviews in the last week…. their drive-through is the only thing that is open so we went through drive-through. They messed up our donuts so we had to go back through the line then I found out they charged my payment wrong and they couldn’t fix it. They would have to call a manager and that would take a very long time and be difficult I was told so now I’m stuck paying for items I didn’t even purchase because of their mistake but they can’t fix it

They called me the night before to tell me they couldn't make my exact order. I accepted it and still continue with my order. I had ordered and set a pick up time. However, when time was very limited ( 7am the next morning), they could not find my order. A few minutes later they found the order.A bit irritating.Found out later in the day these donuts were too expensive, especially since I didn't get exactly what I wanted.
