My husband and I are in the process of moving and have needed a large quantity of packing boxes and the folks at this location have been amazing with their efforts to assist us with regular and apple boxes over the past several weeks and continue to work with us to make our move more enjoyable!!!
Even though I live closer to another gas station by my house- I continue to go to Hyvee gas station here in Altoona. I go occasionally (Monday-Friday) for coffee & I know for a fact they have excellent morning staff!!! The staff is marvelous and super helpful/friendly. In down pouring rain, I was escorted by employee named John with his umbrella! Amazing! Also, Jeff the manager is super cooperative & will go out of his way to make your visit the best he can. The food made fresh daily here is top notch! From Fresh sandwiches, salads, cooked chicken and Alfredo dinner( DELICIOUS). The burgers and Quesadillas are better than a lot of restaurants I've been to. Give it a shot, you'll end up full and happy.
