Apparently not learning my lesson, I ordered through doordash (I really wanted the chicken caesar wrap and I have dash pass). First driver showed up and left, second driver got there and was there for a few minutes before it showed they left as well. I cancelled that order...read full review

I come here quite often and I order online. Recently every-time I have come here I have had to wait almost 10 mins just for them to bag my food and hand it to me. Even after my app says it’s ready to pick up, I thought the whole point of Jimmy John’s online order was to be quick but it hasn’t been. Very disappointing
