To everyone complaining about wait times, make ur own coffee at home. The entirety of altoona stops here in the morning, no shit its gonna take 20 plus minutes. Either make ur own time or make ur own coffee. Grow a brain
I watched Kenzie make my Venti Decaf Mocha at Starbucks on 3414 8th St Altoona, without her knowing, and I was impressed of her skills and cleanliness. She even rinsed the coffee glass before making my coffee, to make sure it was really decaf. The best coffee I have ever had in Des Moines. Way to go,Kenzie! Can Starbucks clone her, please? Or train the others better?
