The food and customer service have been good at this location this year. My teens have recently begun to love TB, usually a dinner or night snack. The older gentleman that’s usually at the drive up window, has been very friendly and has good customer service.
I have stopped here twice on my way to work and Heather has taken care of me in the drive-through both times. She has given excellent service each time I have been there and I enjoy seeing her when I go through the drive-through!
The food is meh, the service is just okay, and the store cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, since this is a combination location, they do neither KFC nor Taco Bell as well as the standalone locations. They also don't do mobile orders or participate in the corporate specials like the cravings box currently being advertised every six seconds during MLB broadcasts, which is a bit misleading when you come in expecting to get a deal that's been advertised.
