Love this new drive thru only coffee shop. I typically get an energy drink mix and my wife the coffee. We drive out of our way a couple times a month to get this. You should check it out!

Found out the tipping policy is horrible!! Employees cannot even receive tips until they take and pass a test!! To add insult to injury, they have to take the test on their own time!! For those reviews that mentioned bad customer service....chances are THAT is the reason! How are employees who are treated so poorly expected to be happy?
For the most part, the employees are more than gracious, even those who don't get tips, but on occasion, when met by an employee who was less than cheerful, I at least understand why.
For God's sake, I've heard of horrible business practices but this one takes the cake...and NEVER my coffee!!

My friend and I have always been Starbucks snobs - she recently moved to IA from MI, and I visited her and we went to 7 Brew for the first time and were so amazed. The coffee taste is AMAZING and 10x better than Starbucks. Service and atmosphere were spot on. 100/10 stars! Now I need someone to build a 7 Brew near our hometown area, Buchanan MI! Please hook a girl up!

I love the coffee, it’s always great, but the last few times I have been here, I’ve been treated very poorly by a few of the employees. I’ve been called rude names and snapped at and that really brings down the experience for me, which is disappointing because I love the drinks, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back because of that.

Super slow, Ankeny is way faster with way more traffic going through like two times as many cars but in and out they really need to work on getting people through the lines fast!

Prices-not terrible. Been there a few times. Always had good and quick service. however I could find their coffee to be better. I got an iced black coffee and a blondie. the blondie wasnt bad. the iced black coffee was relatively weak and watered down. I may be more used the dunkin and starbucks coffee being stronger. however I felt if I was paying $4 for a coffee it shouldnt we watered down and translucent. I will probably not go back and order that again.

Finding this was a nice surprise as we were passing through! This location is nicer than others because they have menus posted outside while you're waiting. It's annoying to have to pull up the online menu at the other locations. I always forget the flavors for the energy drinks so this place is really consumer-friendly. The drinks and staff were wonderful, as always!
