My partner and I wanted to try something new for Valentine’s day, and I’m so glad this is the place we chose! The food and drinks are delicious, and the service was great. Our waitress was so kind, and we were never waiting too long for anything despite it being quite busy. My only complaint is that the music is a bit loud, we ended up getting dessert to-go because my partner was getting overwhelmed with the noise. Overall though, I had a great time and look forward to going back!!

Love the burgers here! Fun little bar/restaurant in the campustown neighborhood. Can be hard to find close street parking if you're not on campus.

It was a delicious place to get a bite near the college campus. I have been looking for a place to go to frequently to work on hw and maybe have a drink. I would've picked here but they do not have free wifi unlike what the internet says. Otherwise they have a fabulous atmosphere and great staff. Definitely recommend trying out! ?

The Spanish burger and the Brazilian fries are top notch! The cocktails are great and made with care and respect! Definitely take in the entire place and all the workers are very friendly and helpful!

I was at the cafe earlier today with friends, the waitress spilled water on my bags and on the table while we were eating. The menu is not even authentic Brazilian Food, the food I ordered was also bland. The waitress was really rude as well, I was giving my friends gifts to celebrate Chinese New Year and during the moment she interrupted and said next time we go into a restaurant make sure we tip because it is disrespectful not to. Me and my friends were planning to leave a tip on the table but after that situation we felt offended to do so. I wanted to come back and try other food on the menu but after that, I don't think I will be going back anytime soon.
I went with a group of 5 people me and one other person got the garlic noodles but the noodles were absolutely drenched in oil when we finished there was just a bowl of oil left over and every bite I picked up had oil dripping off it. The main reason for my bad review is that not only did our waitress spill water on one of us and his stuff but then at the end of our meal the waitress scolded us saying that just to let us know if we ever visit a restaurant in the future we have to give a tip because it’s extremely disrespectful to the waiters and all of us were flabbergasted like i’ve never been told that before in my life we are broke college students you shouldn’t be expecting that much. I hope that waitress learns next time that you shouldn’t disrespect your customers cause we were literally going to leave a small tip on the table even though the service and food was just so so.

Weird thought it had posted earlier but doesn't look like it now. Anyway. Great time. Haven't been here for about 30 years. Stopped through Ames and was able to go again with the family. The owner still "lurks" there.Sarah was a great waitress made us feel very welcome.I got the cubano others got the Border burger and two Brasilian burgers. It was all very yummy! Oh and the Yucca fries! Nice deviation from normal fries.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns!

Extremely unique place. Came here for a quick bite on a Saturday early afternoon. I highly recommend the Beiruit with chicken and Brazilian potatoes. It's the best dish. The walls tell a rich history of the Cafe and owner who has been here for YEARS and I love it. ❤️ He loves sharing stories too if you ask him!
