Diem serves good to above average coffee consistently, with a rotating mix of seasonal flavors for lattes and such. Hard to tell if they aerate the pucks before tamping since the equipment is hidden behind the front desk. Good ratio of large to small tables and bar seats near the windows. I love Cafe Diem! It's a downtown staple, and has been my morning stop for over 15 years already!Can't beat a local shop, and it's way better than the 10 other corporate shops combined!See you tomorrow!

Love the coffee here! They make it pretty strong so be prepared for that extra kick of caffeine, that aside I've never had a bad coffee from them. There isn't a large selection of food items but I've liked the soup of the day when I have had it. The coffee shop itself is cute and usually it's a pretty quiet place to get work done. It can get really packed on weekends in the morning and tables fill up quickly so maybe plan on taking your coffee to go if you visit Saturday or Sunday...read full review
