Doughnuts were stale. And couldn't understand ANYONE there. Serious language barrier. Also, no personality. This place used to be poppin! Sad that they've completely ruined their business my firing the whole crew a couple months back without notice.

Went in to get the $3 deal for a medium cold brew through the app. Planned on paying with cash. Worker told me you can only pay with the app. I was super confused, but ended up getting a small cold brew which costed $5.50!!!!!!! While I was waiting I looked at the deal and it said you can pay any way. I tried to tell them this and all they did was offer a donut. VERY disappointed.

I rarely get dunkin but I had a gift card and wanted to get a bagel.. It was cut the worst and stale and almost impossible to eat. It was terrible
Donuts were great as expected. Facility bright and clean. But what will bring us back? That customer service. It was really great! Super nice and helpful.
