I have been going to this Dunkin regularly for two years and the staff is always amazing! They're so kind and great at what they do! The management seems really great. The drinks and food are great, but I wish the drinks could be consistent. I really notice this because I always get the same drink. I have heard that Dunkin doesn't give their employees clear recipes for drinks and I really wish they would! It would make a big difference with consistency.

A year or so ago they completely changed the staff and ever since the service as been slow and poor. From getting orders wrong over to simply taking forever to hand over my items. Overall, I'd say its location while nice on campus options will be more beneficial for students then here.

Really put off when I saw the guy drop a cup on the floor, pick it up and put it on the counter. Then while waiting for my coffee he used the cup for someoneās drive through orderā¦ gross! Wonāt be back!

Itās been a shame lately. More times than none the food has been awful. Since new ownership took over the donuts have tasted like they are day old. Ordering breakfast sandwiches, they are under cooked. Cheese barely melted, no crunch on the bagels for example. They are friendly and they do have a good system going. But with the old staff and old ownership, I hardly ever had donuts that tasted like day olds. I have probably gotten it a dozen times since new and only once did I have āfreshā food.

Absolutely disgusting. The cashier wiped his face, handled cash, then touched my donutāall with the same dirty hand. No gloves, no standards. This place is a health hazard.

The cashier touches money, his face, and his nose, then hands me the donuts. I have to remind him every time I order to at least wear gloves. The proper way is: if you touch your face, nose, or mouth, you should wash your hands and then wear gloves before handling food. Or at least call someone else with clean hands and gloves to serve the order. If this is what I can see, I canāt imagine what happens behind the scenes. Please follow proper hygiene at this branch.
It was amazing and they gave 2 free donuts to my son because it was his birthday. I would recommend dunking donuts. And the donuts are amazing.

My sandwich was kind of cold but it was good. The hot chocolate is much too sweet for my liking but it wasn't necessarily gross. The napkins have worse quality than my school and I only got 2, but you can get more at the side counter. The lady behind the counter handled the rush of about 20 jazz band kids very well. She was very nice.
