I used to not like going here just because the lattes were so weak, but lately they've been great, had an exceptionally nice cashier through the drive through today who passed out a compliment, everyone loves those!

Went through drive through they said "we don't have strawberry donuts" when I asked for a strawberry sprinkle donuts. Also no chocolate sprinkle donuts.Then find out they have plain no sprinkle strawberry at the end of the list after her listing what kind they have left, which was nice of her to list. But im not sure why it was explained this way. I complete my order then.. My sensitive child cried and said she's a liar. Says she said she didnt have it. They was in tears when I got to the window and I just mentioned we were just confused about the donuts. She seemed uneffected. My coffee tastes bad. I'm sad because I probably can't go back here.

Mobile order, drive through was ridiculous. I think dunkin picks the stupidest spots for drive thru service. Cars backed up on 2 busy streets because apparently common sense doesn't prevail in planning.So I got dropped off in the street. Yes, it was that bad, and went inside to pick up my drive thru order. My driver was still in line on the street when I came back out.Staff was fantastic and working their tails off. They easily adapted to pick up rather than drive thru. Friendly, courteous, and a great example of customer service.

This Dunkin needs a new system because how they are running it now is not working! For starters the parking lot and drive-thru is a hot mess, traffic backs up on to the road on Lincoln way and on on S Sheldon, causing back up. With the renovation they should have put money into the parking lot. Inside the restaurant the workers move very slow, and there is always like 10 people back there so I do not know what's going on. When your food is ready they call out the food, not a name or number. Do you know how many people order a "Bacon egg and cheese on a croissant"? This leads to people taking other peoples food, frustration, and even longer waits.

The lids don't seal on the cups properly (where the paper overlaps on the cup). You will get coffee everywhere; on your pants, in your car. This has happened for every coffee I've bought here the last few years (a dozen or so).I attempted to contact customer service about this issue and was met with generic responses that showed a complete lack of attention to the issue. They just tried to shoo me away with $5. I don't want money, I want cups that work.

Went at end of night, coffee was burnt so we went back around and they gave us a free cold brew and macha latte, excellent customer service and usually has fast drive through

Managers are incompetent and the district is even worse. Rude, judgemental and hires managers that sit in the back and do little to nothing. $9 an hour as a wage is robbery as a multi billion dollar company.

I love dunkin but I have a love-hate relationship with this one. There’s times when they get my order perfectly and there are other times when it’s completely butchered. For example, sometimes my food is extremely burnt and they still give it to me, or my drink order is nothing like I ordered. On a good note, they are very friendly and always willing to fix their mistakes.Today I ordered everything bagel minis and the caramel frozen coffee and I got cold plain bagel minis and some random frozen drink.

I love this Dunkin' but i barely come because of the driveway in on both sides. I always absolutely destroy my car trying to get in here. Like my car is lower so trying to get in my car always scrapes on the driveway.

Quite literally the worst Dunkin you’ll come across. Every other Dunkin I’ve been to has been fine and had good service. The one in Ames is atrocious. Sometimes the food and drinks are straight up gross. I once got my sandwich still completely frozen. Drinks are rarely actually hot or cold and are just lukewarm. That’s if you even get the right order which rarely happens. I’d honestly like a refund for my experience today because I very explicitly said no meat when they asked and they put meat on anyway. I tried to give this place one last chance since it’s convenient for me but after today I just want a refund and to never return again.
