I had an amazing experience with the drive thru. Not only was the service speedy, the employees were friendly. I wish she had a name tag but the Indian woman who was working the drive thru today when I came was very sociable and I appreciated the good service.

I have been going to this Dunkin regularly for two years and the staff is always amazing! They're so kind and great at what they do! The management seems really great. The drinks and food are great, but I wish the drinks could be consistent. I really notice this because I always get the same drink. I have heard that Dunkin doesn't give their employees clear recipes for drinks and I really wish they would! It would make a big difference with consistency.

My sandwich was kind of cold but it was good. The hot chocolate is much too sweet for my liking but it wasn't necessarily gross. The napkins have worse quality than my school and I only got 2, but you can get more at the side counter.
The lady behind the counter handled the rush of about 20 jazz band kids very well. She was very nice.
