They have great kids menu and good selection for adults too. Great place for our family to get sandwiches!

There are a variety of spots to grab a sandwich when wanting something light to eat. But for me,, Erbert and Gerbert's is a favorite. They have a wide variety of sandwiches and they are made fresh! I highly recommend this as your go-to chain sandwich shop!

Best delivery drivers ever, they are really fast, really kind, and it doesn't hurt that one of them is really cute

The best thing about my recent visit here was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. They went out of their way to be helpful, even to the point of helping smooth out a glitch I had with the Sandwich Society Rewards Club. I ordered the BBQ Brisket Bacon Cheddar sandwich, which is billed as a temporary addition to the menu. It was tasty enough, but nothing really special, and at $8 (for just the sandwich) seemed to me to be somewhat overpriced, especially since there didn't seem to be a great deal of meat in it. The pictures of the sandwich on the company website make it look stuffed with meat; actually I found you could hardly see the brisket if you looked at the sandwich from the side. Another feature of the store that I didn't much like was the fact that all of the tables are fairly high and you need to sit in a high chair, legs dangling. Not so comfortable for older folks, I would think. Bottom line: I don't rule out the likelihood of my coming back, but I'm not champing at the bit to do so.

Messed up the sandwich order twice and forgot my soup.

I stopped in Erbert and Gerbert's (interesting name) on my way to Alluvial Brewing Company. The plan was to order a sandwich and pair it up with a nice IPA or Stout for a comfortable tap room lunch. I also guessed correctly that there would be no food truck service at Alluvial at that time. I ordered a tuna sandwich and cheese, which I thought was just OK. The bread was excellent, the service was friendly and quick, and by my California standards, the price was OK. I think it was just that the tuna salad recipe didn't quite resonate with me, which just tells me that I'll try something else the next time I'm in.

Erbert was late to arrive with my sandwich. And Gerbert is really bad at making sandwiches. The brisket on my sandwich was stiff and tasted old. and the mac and cheese tasted like it was cooked two days ago, microwaved, abused by Gerbert verbally, and thrown on my sub. just disappointed really as this was my first sandwich since my wife martha left me. :( but really step that wich up Gerb-man

Today my boyfriend & I ordered for pick up and upon arrival we were told they ran out of Mac & cheese. Patrick was great & was happy to refund part of our order and give us chili instead. Great customer service every time I come here.

Service was good and friendly, the place was clean and well kept. They're not stingy with the meat on their sandwiches. The Brisket PepperDew Ranch sandwich was very filling.

One of the better made sandwiches I've ever had. They are made with love, and the employees help make the sandwiches fit to your wants and needs :)

Their food is always great, the staff is super friendly every time I come in. My only complaint is the prices, it is a little expensive. But they offer soups and a large variety of ingredients to choose from. And PICKLES!

Pricey. PRICEY. The food here is ok. The problem I had here was one day I ASKED about the different soups and Mac&Cheese, and I ordered a soup, but was also charged for and got a cup of Mac&Cheese. See pics. So, I'm going to review based on what I was charged for that which I neither ordered, nor was even asked what size. The soup I specified the size. So, the Mac&Cheese here is on the soup menu WITH NO PRICE ON IT. So, while the soups are 3something for a cup, the Mac&Cheese is $4.99 FOR A CUP. The taste of the Mac&Cheese is about the same as the Mac&Cheese at PizzaRanch. If you are wanting just Mac&Cheese, please, go to PizzaRanch, where you can grab a ToGo container and fill it with TWO CUPS of Mac&Cheese AND GET TWO PIECES OF CHICKEN AND/OR PIZZA MIX for $5. I was appalled at a $14 charge for a sandwich, soup and Mac&Cheese order. APPALLED. So, while they made some extra bucks that day, they also lost a good customer. The sandwiches are also pricey. The tastes of the food was good though. The soups that I have had here were tasty with plenty of ingredients. The place is, for the most part, clean. I have found it to have stuff of the floor and uncleaned tables at times. But I put that on rude customers. Family friendly. Fairly friendly staff. Marcy'sDinerTantrumScale 5/5- NoScreamingKids.

The sandwiches are fine but I didn't see or taste anything that set it apart from any other sandwich chain.
