Easily one of the top 3 restaurants in all of Ames, no question. The quality of the food here is top notch. The staff is friendly, responsive, and very orderly and clean. The atmosphere is super cool too. Definitely a solid place to go for a date, birthday, or other special occasion.
Had a 4 pm reservation for the hibachi on Valentine's Day - wanted to get in early. Was seated right away, and it took 15 minutes to get waited on for water and food orders. 50 - 55 minutes for the hibachi chef to come out - all the tables were getting full and no chefs were cooking. During the wait time, 25 minutes after we ordered, people at our table that had ordered alcoholic beverages were told the bar was closed. Those that had ordered regular food got theirs within...
Great experience and great food! Thank you Ido for your service, you were super kind and friendly. The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice and very friendly staff looking out for their customers even on a busy day like Valentines day and a game day! We will be coming back !! Thank you for the food! The steak and filet mignon were perfectly medium rare and melted in the mouth.
