Customer service was exceptional and owners are down to earth people who’s caring demeanor radiates from them. I am always warmly greeted when I go in and the staff are so patient if I ask questions (e.g. What flavors are in various teas or shakes, what the different add ins are for, etc.).I especially like the special days/events where they have samples of a few teas, add ins, and/or protein balls (my absolute favorite!!). If you haven’t yet, try Vibe out. It’s a great little place.“
