I don't need to add a picture to this review because I'm reviewing the emotion of joy. The food here is like your first sunset. Your first taste of grandpa's homemade ice cream that was hand cranked in the hot Missouri sun.

Delicious food, friendly staff. White tablecloths, all fancy, but doesn't cost fancy. Looks a little scruffy on the outside, a former Pizza Hut, but we love it here. If I had a complait, it would be that i don't think they give you enough naan, but it's no big deal to order extra.
Amazing food, wonderful dining experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant strongly enough. The rice alone is worth it, and the Butter Chicken is a delight!

Amazing food, excellent service, good prices....oh and the naan.... incredible!!! My husband and I are both chefs and highly recommend it. The owner came out to address my husband's onion allergy and went through the entire menu with him to get him what he wanted...that says a lot!! May be my new favorite restaurant in Ames!!

Let's say that my first visit to Indian Delights was not at all delightful. I just got back from India on a service trip and so quickly got used to the authentic eats over there. We got two dishes to share and both appeared to be quickly put together perhaps in a microwave. Hopefully they can improve.

First: The owner and his staff are always smiling and friendly. Every time I've been in they are sure to ask me how I'm doing. You don't get that at many places anymore. The food is phenomenal (get the garlic naan bread, seriously). Ever meal is prepared fresh which takes a bit of time but it's always piping hot. When you eat in, your food is placed over a candle so it remains hot and there is never any pressure to eat quickly and leave. The staff is always attentive and polite and their suggestions are on point. I'd recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet date with great food that won't break the bank
