I was surprised the food was as good as it was being a chain. I had the brisket chopped and burnt ends. Really good. Waitress was nice and effective. The only thing I can really say is that the dining area is uncomfortable to me. It’s one large room wide open with only tables. I prefer a booth and more intimate setting. Kinda feels like you’re at an event in a school gymnasium.
Loved the food. Jethro's has a great reputation and deservedly so. I had the three meat platter and each meat was excellent. The burnt ends were my favorite - sauced with a thick sweet sauce, they were perfect. The portion wasnt too big or too small. Beer was good and cold and I liked the variety of sauces on the table. Got the emmenecker burger really good 2 pieces of hot chicken but overall good 5 pounds of meat and waffle fries, waitress was really pretty just left a couple minutes ago and can still taste the burger it was that good
