Jimmy John's in Ames

“Whenever i want an expensive sandwich made by someone who expects a big tip i always think of Jimmy John's. They are the Starbucks of overpriced fast food.

If you like JJ's, you'll like this place just fine. It is precisely like all the other ones you've ever been to.

Drive through is fast and efficient and spendy. No reason to hang around because there is no atmosphere. Nothing you haven't seen 100 times before. Stuff your face and beat it. $10 cold sandwich. No drink. 20% suggested tip. If you're really hungry, they have a $20+ option. Thanks come again.

“Been to this location many times over the years. Went here fairly recently and the service is still quite good. Works with the same efficiency as always even if the employees were a bit disgruntled to be working on the first day of the new year. The location is looking a bit older, but the food is still great for the price.“

“Toasted roast beef & cheddar. It was quite hot. The horseradish had kick, lemme tell ya. Store was clean, including restroom. There's a drive thru, which is nice if you don't have time to stop and eat. I saw a sign for employees about a mayo scoop. It's apparently very important.“

“Been here a few times and the food is great! Unfortunately, the orders are often mixed up or they forget certain requests. Overall, I feel as though it is a good place to eat. I would just ensure you check your order for accuracy if you are going through the drive thru or picking up an order.“

“This location is situated near the entrance to the North Grand Mall, but has an outside entrance as well. The store is small but the service is great and they made all of our sandwiches correct the first time (even with many modifications requested). Great sandwich shop in an okay location.

Vegetarian options: Few veg options but they are tasty.

Parking: Parking is for general mall patrons, delays the freaky fast claim to your sandwich.“
