“Got my order wrong and then argued with me about it. Ordered something with regular mustard and they delivered something with bird seed spread over just the top half of the sandwich. Fine if your online description for it is accurate but when people read mustard they're going to assume you mean mustard. If you want to sell fancy bird seed mustard then at least call it that so that when people are placing their orders they don't assume you mean mustard when you say mustard. Customer service is sarcastic and unhelpful. Wont be back and better yet we're a company with 70 people just down the street, wont be using them for catering anything anymore either.Update: Looks like I got a surprise refund. No harm no foul. They made things right.“

“Love this place!! I go there once in awhile, sandwiches are always great and fast. But, on my way home from work everyday at exactly 9:35 PM this place is weirdly busy, and I mean WEIRDLY busy. like, PACKED full of people. Don't think I could fit in there if I tried (I'm an average sized dude, btw). Sounds weird but another thing to note, the "people" inside of the shop all look like they don't have eyes. I don't mean like, blind or whatever..Just no eyes. Only holes. Really FREAKY..rather than "FREAKY FAST". Guess it's not a huge deal, just want to know what's up with that. For sure going back for my #10 no tomatoes, though!“
“I got a sub around 8:30 and the man who made my sandwich I'm assuming was new. Big guy seemed rather unpleasant he kept making weird small talk I didn't respond bc I didn't know what the hell he was talking about about I'm assuming he was mad that I came in and he had to make it bc he smashed my sandwich as if he put all his weight on it. I've been eating jj for over ten years and I've never had my sub squashed like this. The vibe I got was former prisoner current meth head. will be avoiding“
“Javier and his team were extremely helpful when I had to do a last minute catering order for a client at the Capitol. They went above and beyond to get 150 sandwiches prepared on a quick turnaround. The driver called me day of delivery and waited patiently for me to come down, and he organized all the extra condiments in the mean time. Thanks, JJ, team! I will be sure to use them for future catering events.“
