Made my day today! I didn't even have my change put back in my wallet when I was handed my sandwich with an "apology for the wait." Awesome!
I am six blocks from Jimmy John’s. My order has been in delivery status for 30 minutes when I called for ETA They don’t have one and so now my toasted sandwich is on a road trip with the delivery driver to who knows where.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I had one of the best JJ sandwiches I've ever tasted.

Despite this, the food is good, but beware of unexpected surprises, like a piece of the wall falling.
