This location has always stood out to me. Friendly people and the sandwiches are accurate to your substitutions needed. Really appreciate the girl who took my order because I could see she was having a hard workload but kept a positive attitude when taking my order. Kathryn was the name on my receipt. Thanks guys!!“

“Four stars for most of the people in our group. 1 for me. Mine sandwich was terrible. Veggie sandwich that had one super thin slice of tomato, 3 thin slices of cucumber, and the smallest touch of lettuce. That was it. 90% bread and almost no veg.“

“This Jimmy John’s is seriously one of the most fun spots in town. The second you walk in, you’re hit with whatever rock or metal band they’ve got blasting, and the staff is always having a good time while they work. The whole place has this loud, energetic, team vibe that makes it feel totally different from any other Jimmy John’s.

Sandwiches come out insanely fast, and they handle my celiac needs perfectly with my lettuce wraps. I’m one of those people who adds hot peppers and makes a few changes, and they always get it right. Every time.

On our last visit, someone wasn’t happy with their sandwich, and I was honestly impressed with how professionally the team handled it. They remade it right away, even though it was the end of the night and they were already cleaning up for closing. They didn’t miss a beat.

I also love the layout of this store — the window seating, the big booths, the whole setup. It’s my favorite of the three locations in town. It’s great for my littles, their lemonade is delicious, and they always make all five of our lettuce wraps correctly. The drive‑thru is super easy too. I really appreciate this store in particular.“

“Been to this location many times over the years. Went here fairly recently and the service is still quite good. Works with the same efficiency as always even if the employees were a bit disgruntled to be working on the first day of the new year. The location is looking a bit older, but the food is still great for the price.“

“This location is situated near the entrance to the North Grand Mall, but has an outside entrance as well. The store is small but the service is great and they made all of our sandwiches correct the first time (even with many modifications requested). Great sandwich shop in an okay location.

Vegetarian options: Few veg options but they are tasty.

Parking: Parking is for general mall patrons, delays the freaky fast claim to your sandwich.“
