I was coming back from Omaha and wanted to grab some food before work. I ordered about 10 minutes out in the app, and was told it would take roughly 15 minutes (large order). When I showed up there were 3 employees, and when they realized they hadn’t seen my order, the young man who greeted me apologized profusely and threw the entire order together by himself in roughly 3 minutes, and even gave me a free cookie for the inconvenience. I normally have decent service with Jimmy John's but today was a different story. I placed an order around 12:50 for delivery and it was delivered around 1:30, however, it was someone else's order! I tried calling the store 17 times to let them know and see if my actual order could be delivered still. No one ever picked up. I called corporate to see if they could connect me to the store, which they said they couldn't. This would've been a fairly easy fix if someone had just answered...read full review
