Came here for a quick breakfast. I thought it’d be a quick breakfast. It wasn’t. The boy working forgot our hash browns, messed up a sandwich, and gave us the wrong coffee. When we asked if we could ask him a question, he said “No”. The lady who seemed to be the shift manager was super rude and yelling at employees. You could just tell she wanted to be anywhere else. My order was completely wrong. I used my promo code for the $6 spicy mcrispy meal and instead I got a hot and spicy McChicken, the double quarter pounder meal was messed up as well. The fries were not fresh or salty and the double quarter pounder didn't have extra pickles or extra onions like I asked. So not quite happy with this McDonald's.

Staff was very busy with drive thru, delivery, and kiosk orders and didn't have time to mop the big puddle of water on the floor from the ice machine or attend to the lobby. I was hoping for a protein shake of some sort and settled for a mango smoothie with way more sugar than I wanted. My elderly relatives were frustrated trying to use the kiosk.
