“If you're into loose-leaf tea at all, you have to visit Gong Fu Tea. The wall of tea tins they have behind the counter is insane—they literally have every kind of tea you could possibly think of.

I was a bit overwhelmed by the massive menu, but the staff was super patient and helped me pick out an incredible oolong tea that they brewed perfectly. The vibe inside is incredibly peaceful, minimalist, and relaxing. It's the perfect place in the East Village to get away from the noise, sit down, and just enjoy a really high-quality cup of tea.“

“I'm extremely picky about boba so it can be hard to find boba places that I like, and I thought I had found my favorite boba place... and then I tried Zenko and now other boba will never beat it lol. I'm a very routine-order person so I've only ever tried the black sugar milk tea with boba here, but I lowkey just never bothered trying any of their other drinks simply because this one is so good. Most of my friends who do like several of their drinks also tend to gravitate towards the black sugar milk tea as well, though, so I feel validated in always ordering the same drink over and over :) It's also so cozy and fun inside all the shops--I've been to three of the locations and they all have the same relaxing vibe, lots of plants and soft music.“

She made a recommendation the second time I visited and it has been my go to drink ever since then - Iced Turtle Mocha with a splash of heavy cream 🤍 It's hard to find a coffee place that is consistently making my drink just how I like it and always with a friendly attitude. She even personally delivers orders to customers throughout the store, which speaks volumes about her dedication. “Every time we come here the line is insane but it moves so quickly! The set up is super efficient - think Chik fil a but coffee/energy. My husband got a milkshake which was delicious, we hmgot several of their energy drinks which were pretty comparable to places like Hyper, and a matcha with cereal milk?! It was great! Highly recommend if you're in the area“

“A nice little bar. Great conversations. Friendly bartenders but they'll kick you out if you're trouble. Loud music on the Touchtunes / jukebox. 5 overhead flat-screen TVs. No food served but chips are available for purchase. Might even see an occasional Amishman come in and sell naked goods.. Pool table for those so inclined. Nice little place. Come on down to sit at the bar and read a book.“

“these wonderful kids are always quick on their feet and great at conversation, coming here makes my day and they always make the coffee super quick. I've been tricked by those fake AI drinks so many times but they were super polite and respectful when pointing out to me how there are certain things they can and cant do, and how they could accommodate me to get as close as they could to my drink. I don't recommend using the facebook pages for the drinks! the 7brew has a lot of secret menu flavors and a bunch of syrups! good variety! I didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes and got on my way, the conversation lasted the entire time and I didn't even notice! great job!“
