“I LOVE Cafe Diem! Every time I go I feel like I’m at home. Tabitha is an amazing barista/host and always helps me with getting a high chair and bringing my drink over. She is very kind and welcoming and makes me want to keep coming back!! I would recommend Cafe Diem to anyone!“

“I just wanted to give a shout out to this store. The girl who helped me today was amazing and I just had a baby and my brain is awful due to no sleep. I totally messed up my mobile order and she fixed it and was very sweet. This store has always been awesome with customer service and I’m always grateful that I get my coffee there and they’re always super nice. I have never been to a Starbucks where my drink has been made amazing every time and everyone is so amazing. I appreciate all their hard work.“

“Travelling through Iowa and wanted to have dinner at someplace other than fast food. 36th Street Tavern was the place to go- food was excellent, atmosphere great, service topnotch! Check it out ..If we lived near we'd frequent this place often!“

“I had Java Joe's years ago when I first came to Iowa. They left downtown DSM but I'm so glad that I was able to find them again in Ankeny! The coffee is still good and the food (TJ's Bagels) is still just as good as I remember it. The ghost pepper bagel is my favorite! It's got a nice, flavorful spice that goes well with a plain cream cheese on a perfectly chewy bagel. The highlight here is honestly the staff here. They're the real MVPs. Highly recommend!“
“We chose to check out in a lane that had a first day cashier. The girl bagging the groceries was very helpful to him and us. He accidentally double charged us and the girl took it upon herself to get the approval from management to get it deducted and get us going to keep the line moving!!! Very impressed!! Thank you to the two working isle 5 today!! You are what Hy-Vee is supposed to be!!!“

“A nice place to relax with a cup of coffee or a latte and enjoy a chocolate chip cookie or many other pastries. The staff is wonderful and very friendly and so kind. We so appreciate them and all their hard work to make us happy. Our grandkids are regular in coming here and rave about their lattes. They are one of our favorite places.“

“This is a very nice laid back bagel coffee shop. There are a million drink options and tons of bagel and breakfast options. The bagel bites and bagels are awesome. Great place to relax and enjoy a cup of your favorite coffee or other drink and have something to eat.“

“I stop by Dunkin' twice a week before heading to the office. Even when I'm short on time, I know I can count on them to have my coffee ready quickly. That's one of the reasons I love this place. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and provides excellent service. They make my mornings so much better. Thank you for the great service every time!“

“Starbucks us definitely a favorite for my daughters. They love their Starbucks drinks. The employees here always seem friendly and courteous as far as I see, and our drinks always come out correctly and in a prompt manner.
We went into the store once and also thought the coffee shop seemed clean and inviting. All in all, I would recommend this Starbucks location.
